When I realized that a company is not a machine, but a living organism, I began searching for the principles that govern its life. Just like civilizations, companies go through phases of growth, crisis, regeneration, and transformation.
They are not meant to last forever — but they can achieve longevity, if we understand their vitality.
I found inspiration in the laws of social evolution by Miroslav Bárta and in the concept of spiral management by Andrej Kopčaj.
Over time, I translated these ideas into my own practice —into the MBE MANAKA – LONGEVITY ACADEMY program.
Today, I help companies manage life, not just performance.
I teach managers to understand organizations as living systems evolving over time. Because I believe that once we understand the laws of a company’s life, we begin to understand the future of society itself.
